03Week 6 to 7

Agreement and Milestone Schedule

We formalize the engagement with a clear project contract. No vague terms, no open-ended commitments.

04Month 2 to Month 12+

Construction and Supervision

Your project manager and site engineer oversee day-to-day construction activity. You receive structured updates throughout.

  • Daily site supervision by named engineer
  • Weekly progress reports with photographs
  • Stage inspection before each payment release
  • Material delivery verified against specification
  • Any scope change approved in writing before execution

Stage Outcome

You are never in the dark. Stage reports are shared before each payment milestone.

05Final 2 to 4 weeks

Inspection, Punch List, and Handover

Before you receive the keys, we conduct a structured inspection with you and close every open item.

  • Pre-handover inspection with the homeowner present
  • Punch list generated and assigned to responsible engineer
  • All defects rectified and confirmed before handover
  • Final quality photographs and completion certificate
  • Warranty documentation issued

Stage Outcome

Keys are handed over only when the punch list is fully cleared — not before.
